After all these years of watching my brother run these trips, I finally decided to go with him, and it was an amazing experience...I wanted to find something that held the same unique specialness. I met Dawn on the trip and discovered that she's a jeweler...instantly I told her I'd be visiting her shop because I was sure what I was looking for would be there. Of all of the wonderful offerings, I discovered this ring, which seemed to just be waiting for me. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for! Dawn made me the size I needed and it arrived two weeks later, beautifully packaged with a warm-hearted note and presented in a lovely box. This ring really is a thing of beauty, obviously created with love. Of course it slipped onto my finger and fit perfectly. It will stay there always. It is my symbol for this momentous trip with my dear brother, and to stand for the new family that I am part of. Thank you so much, Dawn. My ring arrived quickly with updates of the process all along the way. Only took a little more than a few days. The ring is beautifully crafted and spins very smoothly. Each rune is easily seen. Such a wonderful design. Not my first piece from VW Gypsy Arts and will definitely not be my last. Such exquisite design and the love that goes into each piece is there for you to see and feel.
I love the idea of a rune ring where you have the runes literally at your fingertips! Turn the inner ring for guidance of the present moment or week. It's a great way to carry the runes with you everywhere and learn as you go. It comes with a wallet-sized informative card to get you started with the meanings of the ancient glyphs. I bet the Vikings wished they had a stylish and well-crafted ring to wear as they carry out their drama in the Sagas.
